Am I more excited about the commercials or the game? Neither. I'm all about the snacks.

Last year I made these alternative nachos that used bell peppers as the "chips", spicy "nacho sauce" made from sweet potatoes, seasoned refried black beans, soyrizo, avacado, and garnished it with some fresh cilantro.

The reason I used bell peppers as chips was because there were already a decent amount of complex carbs with the beans and the sweet potato.

It was actually really good! The nacho sauce did not really taste like cheese but I still enjoyed it. Even my friends liked it!
