As y'all know by now I have a second stomach in my body just for pizza.
So I thought I'd make my own version at home loaded with vegetables and use a cauliflower crust.
Not because I think carbs or gluten are unhealthy (FYI carbs are vital for your body to function and gluten is not the devil) but because I'm lazy AF and like the way it tastes better.
This pizza was made with @caulipower crust, pizza sauce, @fieldroast vegan Mexican sausage, a cheese blend, kale, sauteed red wine mushrooms, and red bell peppers.
